We were performing a routine maintenance in NYC location at this time and NYC2 location has been fallen back to our backup uplink while we updating configurations on our main uplink. Network disruptions up to 6 minutes were observed as the network fall back to our backup.
All servers were not shutdown during this time, we only perform routine network maintenance to ensure that everything is up-to-date and backup is working as expected. Our team did not expect any disruptions during this process, the update process took longer and was more complicated than expected.
