    November 13, 2021 at 6:00 PM

Our team will be migrating the virtualization hosts from our current LA datacenter (6171 W Century Blvd) to our new datacenter at Equinix LA3 (1920 E Maple Ave).

By doing this maintenance, we will also perform the following upgrades:

    • Upgrade all servers networks to 10 Gbps (with 40 Gbps port capability per node). The current port is 1 Gbps.
    • Upgrade our network blend with 40 Gbps DDOS protection.
    • Complete redundancy (A+B power) with N+1 backup generator.
    • Add backbones between our existing locations (Virginia, New York).

The upgrades will be automatically applied to your server for free of charge!

Our team will have 2 people on-site to make sure the migration goes smoothly! It's estimated that there will be 1-3 hours of downtime. Our staffs will make sure to minimize the downtime where possible.

If you have any questions about the migration, please contact us via ticket!

Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

The current estimated time is ~1.5 hours as we need to rack up new servers at our datacenter and set it up.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
